Shipping Policy

How TrendPatriot orders are prepared, tracked, and delivered.

Processing

Many TrendPatriot items are made to order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and can vary by product.

  • The estimated delivery window is shown during checkout when available.
  • Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email connected to the order.

  • Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
  • Use the Track Your Order page or your customer account for the latest available status.

Address changes

Contact support as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. An address cannot be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delays or missing packages

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking stops updating or a delivered package cannot be located, contact support with the order number.
